How We Use Your Data
We use collected data as described in previous section. We will never sell, transfer or give your personally identifying information to a third party for commercial purposes without your permission. However, we may use and share usage statistics regarding You. Please, note that such date is not identifying You.
We may also use all collected data to resolve disputes between you and Cropio.
Please, note that we do not collect, store and/or process your credit card number or other payment details. Your order number is generated and stored by us to process transactions between You and Cropio. We refer your order number directly to payment service providers based on contract and require ensuring at least the same level of privacy, security and confidentiality of such data.
We will ask your consent to perform any other function that we believe in good faith is necessary to protect the security or proper functioning of our Site or Service.
Who Controls Your Data
Controller of your data is N.S.T. New Science Technologies Group.
Controller collects, accesses, uses, and disseminates your data. We may delegate our authority to collect, access, use, and disseminate your information in order to provide you with high level of Services or based on your consent.
Please, note, that your data may be transferred within N.S.T. New Science Technologies Group outside of your state, province, country, the European Economic Area (EEA) and other governmental jurisdiction, in particular to Dreamform Ltd. located on BVI. Unfortunately, non-EEA countries may offer lower level of protection for your data as is available in the EEA, but we will take various measures and do our best to ensure that your data are treated securely.
In particular, all the personal information is being stored and processed on the hardware of Google Ireland Limited (Ireland), which is located in Belgium (within the EEA).

Your Rights Regarding the Data

If you terminate the Agreement between You and us according to the Terms and Conditions published on the Site, we may immediately delete any content that you have submitted to Cropio, including the personal data.
Following such request, we delete data that are not required to retain. We may retain your name, e-mail address, address to comply with accounting and tax regulations.
During the period of service usage and while your data are stored by us you can also ask us in any time to:
- confirm whether we are collecting, processing and retaining your data
- give You a copy of such data
- provide You with any information about your data such as what data we have, what we use it for, who we share it with, whether we transfer it abroad specifically outside the EEA and how we protect it, how long we keep it for, what rights you have, how you can make a complaint or request, how and when we collect your data and whether we carry out any automated decision making or profiling.

We aim to respond to you within 1 (one) month since receiving your request. If it is particularly complicated or you have made several requests, we aim to respond within 3 (three) months.
If you are unhappy about how we are processing your data or how we have responded to a request or complaint, you have the right to make a complaint to the Commissioner for the Protection of Personal Data in Cyprus or your local supervisory authority (in EEA).
